The SSG’s skygazer will introduce you to the basic astronomy, cultural astronomical concepts, and will tell you stories about our ancestors and how they described and approached the immense starlit sky. Our skygazer will show you the main constellations and few of the main deep sky objects through a professional dobsonian telescope. Galaxies, open and globular clusters, nebulas. at least one per each kind of these far and invisible obejcts to the naked human eye will be spotted and shown. You will remain speechless realizing that all those invisible objects, light years far away from us, can be captured and gifted to your curiosity through eyepieces with different focal lenghts. You will also admire few of the planets of our Solar System, Jupiter and Saturn, or the smaller Mars and Venus, if they will be above the horizon, and maybe you will spent time gazing at the Moon high in the night.
